The time of administration to the church is by the pastor and board of directors in the church. The process of administration should be performed with a lot of love and redemption. There must be a preparation to be done first to make sure that everything is in a place where it should be. Before any church discipline is used on the offending party, he or she needs to be given a chance to move away from the sin.
Before the board of the church are involved in the case, the offended need to look for the offender and try to work things out, it the offender does not want to work things out, then it the high time that the board of the church get into the case. There should be a celebration when the offender repents the sins.
