Women prefer to receive text messages from guys than get a phone call. There is that buzz and excitement they get when they hear that beep and see that sign they got a new message. They prefer it to hearing their phone ring. Also it is more convenient as it doesn’t interrupt their day.

It’s interesting that Google would pay to be added to the non-intrusive ads list, because in March Google banned the Adblock Plus mobile phone application from its Play Store. Of course, the company simple released a version of the app that users can sideload, and that app now also checks automatically for updates, too.

Are you worried that you app is not unique and that there are already apps that are essentially the same? That should not stop you. What you can do is create the app and make it better. Make sure your app can offer something better and something bigger than the others. Some market research will give you some insights on this. You will find out what improvements could be made to the existing apps and incorporate it into your own.
